Rylan has extensive experience and a passion for leadership development. He worked as a Colorado FFA State Officer, where he had the opportunity to visit high schools, speak at professional events, and interact with leaders in agriculture. He works to develop students' leadership skills through workshop facilitation and light humor. Rylan has experience speaking in front of thousands of individuals and looks to continue his passion through this experience.
